Designation: Young unoaked red
Variety: 100% Tempranillo
Winemaking: Maceration for up to 7 days. Fermentation at 25ºC is stainless steel fermentation tanks.
Tasting notes: With an intense, deep cherry colour with purple tones, this young red is bursting with ripe berry fruit flavours. Great mouth-fill texture with good acidity allows the pure fruit driven lively red display all the characteristics of the Tinta de Toro grape.
Consume: 1 - 3 years following the harvest
Food pairing: Almost anything!! including tapas, meat dishes, pasta, antipasti and cheeses.
Temperature: 13 - 17ºC
Graduation: 13,5%
